Why Biodiesel?
Using Biodiesel as an alternative diesel fuel can help you beat rising fuel costs. T&T Technology are synonymous with QUALITY in this wonderful industry. We sell biofuel processors that allow you to make biofuel from the conversion of vegetable oil and other renewable sources. We produce modular biodiesel processors that start small and grow to production capacities of up to 20 mill litres per annum. Our biodiesel reactors are double skin stainless steel and guaranteed for up to 8 years.

What is biodiesel?
Biodiesel is an alternative fuel produced from vegetable oils such as rape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, soybean oil and also used frying oils (UFO) or animal fats.

In the transport sector, it may be effectively used both when blended with fossil diesel fuel and in pure form. Tests undertaken by motor manufacturers in the European Union on blends with diesel oil up to 5-10%, or at 25-30% and 100% pure have resulted in guarantees for each type of use.

The use of biodiesel as a transport fuel does not require any changes in the distribution system, therefore avoiding expensive infrastructure changes. It is also used as an efficient heating oil.  For more biodiesel facts, see our biodiesel FAQ's.

Biodiesel Quality.
T&T Technology specialise in making biodiesel production machines that make the highest quality biofuel in the world.  Our machines routinely make biofuel with an ester conversion rate usually in excess of 98.75% with a single reaction. 

This means more profits and better quality biofuel.  Most biodiesel machines we have tested other than our own struggle to make even 93% ester conversion in a single reaction. This means poor quality biofuel and less profit.

Put it another way, poor quality biodiesel:

Can wreck car engines. 
Will make your biodiesel business fail. 

The quality of your biodiesel machines greatly affects the viability of your business.  If you make 1000 litres of biofuel with a low ester conversion of 92% then you will make 60 litres less than you would have made with our biodiesel machines.  If you do that for 3000 litres per day for 250 working days the difference in biodiesel produced is an astonishing 45,000 litres. 

That's why our biodiesel equipment usually pays for itself in extra biofuel produced when compared like for like with other biodiesel equipment.
Our biodiesel machines are known for the quality of the fuel they produce.  Other companies sell cheaper, and promise things that just don't make sense, with products that appear one day and then mysteriously disappear the next.
