The French company Archos is primarily known for its budget Android Smartphones recently released the Diamond Omega.

Naturally, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 835 processor. The amount of RAM LPDDR4X is 8 GB, flash memory 128 GB, and support for microSD memory cards is missing. Another improvement over previous models was the IPS LTPS screen with a diagonal of 5.73 inches, a resolution of 2160 x 1080 (404 PPI) and an aspect ratio of 18: 9.

The ratio of the areas of the screen and the case is 85%, which is one of the best indicators in modern Smartphones.

It has a double camera with resolutions of 23 megapixels and 12 megapixels. The first module uses IMX IMX318 sensor with aperture f / 2.0, there is a 2-x zoom, on the second IMX362 and f / 1.8. The front of the camera is dual, with sensor resolutions of 5 megapixels. There are various filter shooting modes, and Bokeh effect.

Further, it supports RAW format and videos up to 4K. The battery capacity is 3100 mAh, which should be enough for 5 hours of conversations. As usual, the battery is immovable. The charging is done via the USB-C connector, Quick Charge 4.0 is supported, and there is a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The fingerprint reader is located on the back of the case and supports two SIM cards.

This smartphone is a rebrand of the model ZTE Nubia Z17S, so it runs Android 7.1 with the NUBIA UI 5.0 shell. Among the communication standards are available 4G +, Wi-Fi 802.11ac MIMO, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC.
In Europe, the cost of the Diamond Omega is 500 Euros and will be available in November in the color black and blue.
