Hammer Blade – a rugged smartphone for more demanding users

Usually, rugged smartphones include weak technical specification. Despite that, sometimes new items emerge in the market. The list of parameters of those models is above the average level though. Take the Hammer Blade as an example. Its preliminary sale has just begun and the manufacturer has prepared an attractive set of gifts for everyone who will order this model.

Hammer Blade is equipped with an IPS display with a diagonal of 5.2 inches, a 16: 9 aspect ratios and a Full HD resolution, that is, 1920 × 1080 pixels. Their density is 424 ppi. The front panel is covered with a protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The heart of the smartphone is an 8-core (8x ARM Cortex-A53; 28 nm) MediaTek MT6753 processor with a clock speed of 1.3 GHz and has a graphics chip Mali-T720. Besides, the device offers 3 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32 GB of internal memory (for the user remains about 26.81 GB) with the ability to expand with a microSD up to 128 GB memory card.

The main camera in Hammer Blade has a resolution of 13 megapixels. Auto focus and HDR are also available. It can record video at 720p at 30 frames per second. At the front, you will find a camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels. Communication in the smartphone provides such modules: Bluetooth 4.0, one-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n 2.4 GHz, LTE and GPS, and a headphone jack 3.5 mm and microUSB 2.0. This device also offers a fingerprint scanner and a slot for two SIM cards (in standby mode, 2 x nano SIM cards).

Hammer Blade runs a pure Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 4000 mAh battery with fast charge support and a powerbank function. The smartphone has the following dimensions: 150.8 × 76.2 × 11.1 mm and weighs only 206 grams. Surprisingly, its body meets the requirements of the standard IP68, meaning that, it is waterproof. There are two color versions available: black and silver.

As I said, at present, there is a preliminary sale of Hammer Blade. The cost of the smartphone is 333 dollars. Pre-sale will last until the end of October and everyone who orders this model during this period will receive a special tempered glass for the screen and an extended warranty (36 months).
